I was inspired to start this business based on a strong personal desire to make a difference in the world by helping others given my skills and abilities in the financial realm. The focus of my business is to work with individual women and/or woman-owned small businesses to provide the tools, resources, and skills that are necessary for my clients to gain mastery of their finances so that they can go on to lead empowered lives. 

Women who are empowered financially can go on to lead more empowered lives no matter what their age, race, cultural background, education level, whether they are single, married, divorced, widowed, etc. 

As a woman I am sensitive to the issues that affect other women and I am excited about the opportunity to impact the lives of others by providing hiqh quality services in a spirit of honesty, integrity and teamwork.

My relationship with my clients means everything to me and as my business continues to grow my clients can take satisfaction knowing that by supporting Empowered Bookkeeping they are helping others due to the fact that my business directly supports charitable organizations and community service initiatives (that are carefully selected) which are identified for their work to help to elevate and/or promote the status of women.

Furthermore, to help inspire future generations of women to feel that courses of study (in areas such as accounting, finance, economics, etc) are attainable, Empowered Bookkeeping provides scholarships at the local level to female graduating high school seniors who are going on to study one of these disciplines in college or university.

My intent is to do everything in my power each day to reinforce my belief in the equality of the sexes and to work tirelessly to help women become empowered financially. My personal belief is that the work that is done to promote the cause of women helps each woman gain the tools she needs in order to be a better friend to herself as well as a better friend to others.  Each woman who is empowered financially will also be a better mother as well as a better spouse and the cycle of empowerment will continue to take root in all aspects of a woman's life. 

I view the ability to make a contribution of this magnitude to my community of fellow women as a great privilege and I am grateful for the opportunity.
